1. No Refunds After Plan Allocation
- Once a plan is allocated and a license is generated, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Customers are encouraged to use the free demo period to ensure the product meets their requirements before purchasing.
2. Free Demo Period
- We offer a 3-day free demo to all potential customers.
- Please utilize this demo to explore the features and functionality of Divofy Tools.
- No purchase is required during the demo period.
3. Refund Eligibility for Non-Functioning Software
- If WaBaCRM is non-functional for more than 15 consecutive days after purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a subscription to a similar product.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Submit a refund request via email to support@divofy.com .
- Provide video proof demonstrating that the software is not working.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will:
- Calculate the remaining days of your subscription plan.
- Offer either:
- A refund for the unused subscription period (processed within 7 working days).
- A subscription to a similar product as compensation.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Name and contact information.
- Proof of purchase.
- Video evidence of the issue.
- Description of the problem.

- We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
5. Limitations
- Refunds will not be processed for issues unrelated to the core functionality of Divofy Tools.
- Refund requests based on user error, lack of understanding of features, or dissatisfaction after the demo period will not be accepted.
