- By installing or using Divofy WMS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official channels and take effect upon posting.
2. Services Provided
- Divofy WMS is a Chrome extension that integrates with WhatsApp Web to provide features such as webhooks, APIs, Kanban boards, follow-up funnels, GeminiAI/ChatGPT functionalities, and automation tools.
- The software operates locally on your system, ensuring data security and privacy.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Divofy WMS complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not misuse the software for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful activities.
- Ensure that your system meets the necessary requirements for using Divofy WMS, including a Chromium-based browser.
4. Free Demo and Subscription Plans
- A 3-day free demo is available for potential users to evaluate the software.
- After the demo, a subscription plan must be purchased to continue using Divofy WMS.
- Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated and licenses are generated, except under conditions specified in our Refund Policy.
5. License and Intellectual Property
- Divofy WMS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
- All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and logos, remain the property of Divofy.
- You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software without prior written consent.
6. Data Privacy and Security
- Divofy WMS processes all data locally on your system and does not transmit it to external servers.
- Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle data.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Divofy WMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including data loss or business interruptions.
- Users are advised to back up their data regularly and ensure system security.
8. Third-Party Integrations
- Divofy WMS supports integrations with third-party services like APIs and webhooks.
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of any third-party services they use.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Divofy WMS if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and cease all use.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka
